Epicenter is located at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, one hour Southeast of downtown Los Angeles

2. Where will I park and what will it cost?

On-site parking is included in the price of your ticket. We also provide two upgraded parking options: Preferred Parking ($20) is the parking lot closest to the entrance of the amphitheater or Valet Parking ($40) which will also allow you to utilize the Live Nation Fast Lane to get inside the venue quickly and skip the line!

3. Are there camping facilities available?

No, camping on-site is not permitted.

4. Will there be shuttles available to and from the hotels?

You will need to contact your hotel directly to determine if they offer shuttle service to the amphitheater.

5. Can I bring a camera?

Non-Professional Cameras (point and shoot, no detachable lenses) will be admitted. No audio and video recording equipment or professional cameras will be admitted.

6. Can I bring my puppy?

No, pets are not allowed… sorry.

7. Will Tickets be available to purchase at the front gate?

Yes, if the event is not “sold out”, you will be able to purchase tickets.

8. Are credit cards or debit cards accepted?

Yes, they are accepted at the front gate for ticket purchases. There will also be access to ATM machines once inside the festival area.

9. Is Epicenter Festival “kid friendly”?

Yes! Epicenter is an all-ages festival. Kids 2 and under are admitted free when accompanying a paid adult.

10. Will I be able to leave and then re-enter the festival?

There is no re-entry permitted.

11. Will there be a Lost and Found?

Lost and Found is available at Guest Services, located in the middle of the Concessions Circle Plaza.

12. What if I need medical assistance?

We have an on-site medical team ready to assist you during the festival. Any security guard or guest services staff member can assist you to First Aid.

13. What if it rains?

The show will go on, rain or shine.

14. Will I be searched?

Yes, a full pat down search will be conducted on each guest prior to admission at the entrance to the facility.
